Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a return. 

Exchange your purchase for a new size, color, or style for free!* 

Choose the best return option for you!

1. Exchange the same style/color for a new size or width – Free*

2. Shop for a new item – Free

3. Return for a site credit – Free*

4. Return for a refund  – $10

*Free exchanges exclude SALE items.  All SALE returns incur a $10 fee. 

Sale items are marked “SALE: No Exchanges” on the product page, and the price ends in .99 before coupons and promotions are applied. 

Final Sale and items sold in the warehouse sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions: 

  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging (box) to be accepted.
  • Items marked as SALE are excluded from free return options and are subject to a $10 return processing fee. 
  • There may be a price difference on exchanges for new styles or new colors. 
  • No returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE items. All FINAL sales are final. 
  • Full-price items that are on promotion are NOT excluded from exchanges.
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No returns or exchanges on items purchased during a warehouse promotion. 
  • Orders are limited to two consecutive exchanges.
  • Due to Facebook policies, Facebook orders with one exchange can only receive a site credit upon returning the exchange. 
  • Aerosoles reserves the right to block customers abusing the return policy. 
  • All tall and mid-calf boots can only be returned via a return shipping label due to Return Bar sizing limitations. 
  • Returns from Canada must be processed at aerosoles.ca

A package can take 48-72 hours for the tracking to begin.

We’re confident the package is en route to you. If your package has not been scanned after four business days (Monday through Saturday), please reach out to our team. 💙

My order was marked delivered but it is not here.

Hi there,

We often see tracking that shows it was delivered, but it doesn’t get dropped off for another day or two.

Also, sometimes the carriers place the package in untraditional locations to keep your new shoes safe. Check behind garages, doors you do not use frequently, behind bushes, and with neighbors.

If you still haven’t received your package in 2 or 3 business days, please reach out so we can help you further.

Can l cancel/edit my order?

Orders can be canceled for 40 minutes after completing the order.

To begin, open your order confirmation email and click on Edit/Cancel order.

Once you complete the cancelation, you can create a new order with your preferred selections.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
